RV Spring Cleaning Tips
There’s no better way to jump into Spring than with a super clean RV! Try out these tips for cleaning your RV.
Spray Down the Shower
The shower is the place that you go to get clean so it only makes sense that you keep it clean! This is a great place to start because it’s easy and just necessary. Get yourself a shower specific cleaner and spray it all over your shower. Scrub where needed and then run the shower and turn the nozzle to rinse it all off.
Clean the Rest of the Bathroom
You should also clean the rest of the bathroom while you’re in there. Just throw some toilet cleaner in your toilet, throw some cleaner in the sink bowl, and scrub both. Rinse the sink and flush the toilet and you’re good to go!
Tidy Up the Bedroom
For the bedroom you’ll definitely want to organize it and spruce it up so that its ready to go when it’s time for bed and you’re tired on your first road trip of the Spring. Make sure to put freshly washed bedding on and make the bed. And for anything that is cluttered or in the way, take the time to organize things and store them away.
Dust Everywhere
Sometimes dusting is one of the things we overlook and don’t think about too much. But it can make a difference in your living space. Dust can easily accumulate a lot while your RV has been in storage for the winter. Make sure to dust all of your surfaces and really get in those nooks and crannies. And don’t forget the vents! This will make a worlds difference when you use your RV.
Clean the Kitchen
The kitchen is a place that notoriously gets dirty. Scrub down the stove top, inside the microwave and wipe down the countertops. Also wipe down the cabinets and the inside of the fridge before stocking up your food. Not only will this give you a nice clean and fresh start to Spring but it will prevent attracting any bugs and rodents.
