The whole point of going on a road trip is to explore and be able to see many parts of the country/world that you would miss out on flying on a plane. You really can’t go to Georgia without stopping by historical Savannah. Savannah is a coastal city separated from South Carolina by the Savannah River. Just like Atlanta, there is tons to do in Savannah. There is a huge variety of amazing Georgia restaurants and plenty of places to shop. Savannah also has a lot of different tours, historic sites, museums, nightlife entertainment, boating, dog friendly places, and much more. You won’t want to miss it.
